From Yeosu Ocean Park, exit the park and head southeast towards the main road. Walk along the waterfront promenade until you reach Dolsan-ro. Continue walking along Dolsan-ro for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Yeosu Cable Car Dolsan Station along the way. The station will be on your right.
