Getting There

The square is well-positioned with clear road signs. From the center of Hoseo Region, take Route 17 southbound. Continue on Route 17 for about 30 minutes until you reach Yeosu. Follow the signs for 'Yi Sun-Sin Square' as you approach the city center. Parking is available nearby, typically costing around 1,000 KRW per hour.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  For those using public transportation, head to the nearest bus terminal in Hoseo Region. Look for express buses that go directly to Yeosu. The journey should take approximately 1 hour and tickets usually cost around 7,000 KRW. Once you arrive at Yeosu Bus Terminal, exit and board a local bus (No. 111 or 112) heading to Yi Sun-Sin Square. The local bus fare is about 1,200 KRW.

• Public Transportation - Train

  If you prefer to travel by train, take a train from your nearest station in Hoseo Region to Yeosu Expo Station. The train ride takes about 50 minutes, and ticket prices vary from 6,000 to 10,000 KRW depending on the train type. Upon arrival at Yeosu Expo Station, exit and take a taxi to Yi Sun-Sin Square, which is approximately a 10-minute ride (costing around 5,000 KRW).
