Getting there

Bus

From Málaga city center, head to the main bus station, Estación de Autobuses de Málaga. You can take bus line A from Plaza de la Marina, which is a short walk from the center. Purchase a ticket to Antequera. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Antequera bus station, exit the station and walk towards Calle Nueva. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de San Sebastián. From there, head to Calle Portichuelo, and you will find the Portichuelo Chapel at Pl. Portichuelo, s/n.

Train

Go to the Málaga María Zambrano train station, which is accessible via metro or bus from the city center. Take a train to Antequera-Santa Ana station. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival, exit the train station and catch a local bus (line 4) towards Antequera city center. Get off at Plaza de San Sebastián, and then walk to Calle Portichuelo. The Portichuelo Chapel is located at Pl. Portichuelo, s/n.

If you are already in Antequera, you can walk to the Portichuelo Chapel from the city center. Start at Plaza de San Sebastián and walk towards Calle Portichuelo. It's about a 10-15 minute walk. Follow the signs for the chapel, which is prominently located at Pl. Portichuelo, s/n.
