Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, head towards the center of Oviedo. Use the A-66 highway and take the exit for Oviedo. Follow the signs toward 'Centro' and continue on Avenida de Galicia until you reach C. Uría. The Estatua de Mafalda is located at C. Uría, s/n, 33004 Oviedo. There are parking options nearby, such as Parking Uría (Calle José Martínez de Velasco, 2, 33004 Oviedo), which may charge a fee of approximately €1.50 per hour.

• Bus

  You can take a bus to reach Oviedo if you are coming from nearby cities. Check the ALSA bus schedules and buy your ticket online or at the bus station. Once you arrive at the Oviedo bus station, walk towards the city center. It’s a 15-minute walk to C. Uría, where the Estatua de Mafalda is located. Follow the signs to Plaza de la Constitución and then continue to C. Uría.

• Train

  If you are traveling by train, take a Renfe train to Oviedo. Once you arrive at the Oviedo train station (Estación de Oviedo), exit the station and head towards the city center. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Estatua de Mafalda along Avenida de Galicia and C. Uría. Alternatively, you can take a local taxi from the train station which will cost around €6-€8.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can hail a taxi from anywhere in Asturias. Simply provide the driver with the address: C. Uría, s/n, 33004 Oviedo. The fare will depend on your starting point, but expect to pay around €10-€20 for a trip from nearby towns.

• Walking

  If you are already in Oviedo, the Estatua de Mafalda is within walking distance of many central locations. From Plaza de la Constitución, head north on C. Uría. The statue will be situated along the street, easily visible as you approach.
