Getting There

    If you are starting from the Ávila Cathedral, exit the cathedral and head east on Calle de los Reyes Católicos. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Plaza de Santa Teresa. From the plaza, take Calle San Segundo, which will lead you directly to the walls of Ávila. Follow the wall until you reach the Puerta del Alcázar, located at C. Don Gerónimo, 17. The entrance is marked and easily recognizable.

    Starting from the Bus Station (Estación de Autobuses de Ávila), exit onto Calle de la Estación and turn left.
