From the Ávila train station (Estación de Ávila), exit the station and head towards the main road (Calle de la Estación). Turn right and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de José Antonio. Cross the street and follow Calle de José Antonio until you reach Plaza de Santa Teresa. Here, you will see the impressive Convento de Santa Teresa. Continue straight through the square, and you will see the entrance to the historic city walls on your left. Follow the wall towards the right until you reach the famous Pl. de San Vicente, which should be directly ahead.

If you are near the Ávila bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Ávila), take the city bus line 1 towards the Plaza de Santa Teresa. The bus will make several stops; however, you should disembark at the stop named 'Plaza de Santa Teresa'. From there, walk straight towards the city walls, then turn right and follow the wall until you reach Pl. de San Vicente.
