Walking
If you are starting from the Badajoz city center, head towards Plaza Alta, which is a central square located approximately 1 km away. From Plaza Alta, walk down Calle del General Moscardó until you reach the junction with Calle de la Constitución. Turn left onto Calle de la Constitución and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto Ronda del Pilar. Continue along Ronda del Pilar for about 500 meters, and you will find Muralla Abaluartada on your right.
Public Transport
You can take a bus from the Badajoz bus station. Look for the bus line heading towards 'Ronda del Pilar.' Once on the bus, stay on for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Ronda del Pilar.' After getting off, walk for approximately 200 meters in the direction of the historical walls, and you will arrive at Muralla Abaluartada.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in the city center. Start on Calle del General Moscardó, and then turn onto Calle de la Constitución. Follow the road until you reach Ronda del Pilar. Cycle along Ronda del Pilar for about 500 meters, and you'll find Muralla Abaluartada on your right. Ensure to follow the bike lanes where available for a safer ride.
