Car
If you are starting from Palma, take the Ma-19 motorway towards Santanyí. After approximately 45 km, take the exit towards Sa Ràpita. Follow the signs to Ses Salines and then to Platja des Carbó. The beach is located near the village of Ses Salines, so keep following the signs, and you will reach the parking area close to the beach. Note that parking might incur a fee during peak tourist season.
Public Transportation
From Palma, take the bus line 501 towards Santanyí. The journey takes about an hour. Get off at Santanyí and transfer to bus line 500, which will take you to Ses Salines. From the bus stop in Ses Salines, it is about a 30-minute walk to Platja des Carbó. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the Ses Salines bus stop directly to the beach if you wish to avoid the walk. Taxi fares vary, so be prepared for a small cost.
Walking
If you are already in Ses Salines, you can reach Platja des Carbó by walking. Head east from the village center, following the signs toward the beach. The walk is approximately 2.5 km and takes about 30 minutes, giving you a chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.
