Get off at the stop 'Nordi', then transfer to Line 2 (Purple Line) towards Badalona. Get off at the stop 'Sagrada Família'. From there, take a bus (Bus 450) towards Alella until you reach the stop 'Camí Baix de Tiana'. Walk a short distance to the winery.
