    Train

    From the center of Barcelona, head to Plaça de Catalunya and take the L1 (Red Line) metro towards Fondo. Get off at the 'Arc de Triomf' station and transfer to the Rodalies train line R1 towards Maçanet-Massanes. Stay on this train for about 35 minutes. Disembark at the 'Montgat' station. From the Montgat station, walk towards the coast for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Playa de Montgat Norte.

    Starting from Plaça de Catalunya, you can take the bus number H16 towards 'El Masnou - Ocata'. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the 'Montgat - Miquel de Palau' stop. From there, walk towards the beach for about 5-10 minutes, and you will arrive at Playa de Montgat Norte.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in the city. Head towards the coastline following the bike lanes. You can follow the coastline bike path that leads you to Montgat.
