Once you exit the station, head southwest on Carrer de Numància towards Carrer de Casanova. Turn left onto Carrer de Casanova, and then right onto Carrer Doctor Font i Quer. The Barcelona Botanical Garden will be on your left at number 2.

If you're near a bus stop, take bus number 150 from Plaça Espanya. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop 'Jardi Botanic'. From the bus stop, walk back a bit along Carrer Doctor Font i Quer, and you will see the entrance to the Barcelona Botanical Garden at number 2 on your left.
