Getting There

  • Walking

    From Barceloneta beach, head towards the main promenade (Passeig Marítim). Walk along the promenade towards the Port Vell area. Continue walking until you see a large marina on your right. The entrance to Aquàrium Barcelona is located at Moll d'Espanya, right next to the marina. It should take approximately 15-20 minutes to walk from the beach to the aquarium.

  • Public Transport - Metro

    If you are near the Barceloneta metro station (L4, the yellow line), take the metro towards Trinitat Nova. Get off at the next stop, Jaume I. From Jaume I station, exit and walk towards the water. Head down Carrer de la Princesa until you reach the waterfront. Turn right, and follow the waterfront to arrive at Moll d'Espanya where Aquàrium Barcelona is located. The total travel time, including walking, is about 20-30 minutes.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    You can take Bus number 59 from any stop in Barceloneta. Board the bus in the direction of 'Ronda de Sant Pere'. Get off at the stop 'Moll d'Espanya'. From there, it’s just a short walk to the entrance of Aquàrium Barcelona. Make sure to check for the bus schedule as services may vary. The bus fare is approximately €2.40.
