Turn left onto Carrer de la Princesa, and then take the first right onto Carrer de la Llotja. After a short walk, continue onto Carrer de la Boqueria. Continue straight until you reach Plaça del Pi. From there, take Carrer del Bisbe, and you will see El Pont del Bisbe ahead. It's about a 15-minute walk.
