Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near the Sants Estació metro station, take Line 3 (Green Line) towards Canyelles. Travel for just two stops and get off at the 'Paral·lel' station. Once at Paral·lel, transfer to the Funicular de Montjuïc. The funicular will take you up the hill, providing a scenic ride. After about 5 minutes, get off at the 'Parc de Montjuïc' station. From there, it’s a short walk to Poble Espanyol. Follow the signs towards the main entrance, which is located at Avinguda de Francesc Ferrer i Guàrdia, 13.

  • Bus

    You can also take the bus. Find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 150 towards 'Ciutadella / Vila Olímpica'. Get off at the 'Poble Espanyol' stop, which is directly in front of the entrance. This bus runs frequently throughout the day, and the fare is around €2.40.

  • Walking

    If you are already in the vicinity of Montjuïc, you can simply walk to Poble Espanyol. From the Montjuïc Castle, head down the hill towards the Avinguda de Francesc Ferrer i Guàrdia. It’s about a 20-minute walk. Enjoy the beautiful gardens and parks on your way down while keeping an eye out for the signs directing you to Poble Espanyol.
