Coastal "Winery Camino Trail" Walking Tour from San Sebastian
A stunning day in the Basque countryside
We had an amazing day out with Telmo, visiting Zarautz and Getaria. We loved visiting the market for local cheese and cider and had a wonderful lunch at the end of our hike but the highlight had to be the incredible views along the four kilometres of the Camino we walked - well, that and the delicious txakoli we had to slake our thirst along the way!! Telmo was great fun and his enthusiasm and passion for the places he grew up was obvious. It was hard to leave San Sebastián even for a day but I’m so glad we didn’t miss seeing this beautiful part of the world. A must do if you are in the region!
