    If you are driving from Bilbao, take the A-8 highway heading towards San Sebastián. After about 30 km, take the exit towards the N-634 road. Continue on the N-634 for approximately 20 km until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the BI-631 road towards Elorrio. Follow the BI-631 for about 10 km, and you will arrive in Elorrio. Once in Elorrio, follow signs to Herriko Plaza, where the Elorrioko Udaletxea is located.

    From Bilbao, you can take a train to Elorrio. Head to the Abando train station and board the Euskotren Line 1 (Bilbao to Donostia). Get off at the Elorrio station, which takes about 40 minutes.
