Begin your journey at any metro station in Bilbao. You will want to take Line 1 (the Biscay metro) in the direction of 'Plentzia'. If you are starting from the city center, the closest metro stations include 'Casco Viejo' or 'Abando'. Stay on the train for about 25 minutes until you reach the 'Getxo' station.

Upon arriving at 'Getxo' station, exit the station and head towards the nearest bus stop. You will want to take Bus Line 'A367' towards 'Las Arenas'. Alight at the 'Muelle Ereaga' stop. From there, it is just a short 5-minute walk to Puerto Viejo. Head towards the waterfront, following signs for the marina, and you will reach Puerto Viejo at 'Muelle Ereaga Kaia, 28'.

Alternatively, from 'Getxo' station, you can also take the bus directly. Look for the bus stop near the station and take Bus Line 'A367'. It will take about 10-15 minutes to reach 'Muelle Ereaga'. Get off at 'Muelle Ereaga' and follow the waterfront path to Puerto Viejo.
