Highlights of the Basque Country 4-Day Private Tour
Good Holiday but Excessive Single Room Supplement
My Great Railway Journeys' Highlights of the Basque Country holiday was excellent: beautiful places, good balance of organised trips and free time, very helpful and knowledgeable tour manager and the 3* Hotel Jauregui in Hondarrabia was a very nice hotel which catered more than satisfactorily for my food intolerances. However, I cannot give the trip a five star rating when I was charged an excessive amount for sole use of a twin bedded room only to discover, whilst on holiday, that the hotel offers single rooms with all the same facilities as the twin bedded rooms. Great Rail Journeys should offer solo customers a choice.
