Car
From Cabo de Gata, drive towards the A-7 highway. Merge onto A-7 towards Almería. Continue on A-7 for about 25 km until you reach exit 490 for Mojácar. Take the exit and follow the signs for Mojácar. As you enter Mojácar, follow the signs to the beach area. Bordenares Beach is located along the coast. Keep an eye out for parking areas near the beach.
Public Transportation
Take the bus from Cabo de Gata to Almería. Buses are operated by ALSA and run regularly. Once you arrive in Almería, transfer to a bus that goes directly to Mojácar. The journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. After arriving in Mojácar, walk towards the coast, following signs for the beach. Bordenares Beach is about a 10-minute walk from the bus station.
