If you are driving from the center of Cabo de Gata, start by heading northwest on the A-382 road. Follow the signs for Níjar. After about 10 minutes, take the exit toward the A-7 highway. Merge onto the A-7 and continue for about 15 kilometers. Take exit 487 for Níjar. Follow signs toward Níjar and then toward Castillo de San Pedro. The castle is located just outside the town, and there is a small parking area nearby. Note that there may be parking fees depending on the season.
