Walking
From the city center of Cádiz, make your way towards Plaza de España. Once at the plaza, face the water and head towards the waterfront promenade known as the Paseo de Canalejas. This promenade runs along the coast. Continue walking straight along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Reina Victoria. Turn right onto Calle de la Reina Victoria. Follow this street until you reach the end, where you'll find Castillo de Santa Catalina on your left, overlooking the sea.
Public Transport
If you prefer to take public transport, start by heading towards the nearest bus stop in the city center. Look for a bus that goes towards the Playa de la Victoria area. You can check the local bus schedule for lines that connect to the beach. After getting off at the stop closest to the beach, walk towards the Paseo Marítimo and follow it until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Reina Victoria. Turn left onto Calle de la Reina Victoria, and the Castillo de Santa Catalina will be on your left at the end of the street.
