If you are near the Plaza de las Flores, start by heading east on Calle José del Castillo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle San Francisco. Turn left onto Calle San Francisco and walk until you reach the Plaza de San Juan de Dios. From the plaza, continue straight onto Calle de la Libertad. After a short walk, take a right onto Calle Santa Inés. The Museo de las Cortes de Cádiz will be on your left at number 9.
