If you are starting from the Cádiz Cathedral, head southwest on Plaza de la Catedral toward Calle de la Palma. Continue straight onto Calle de la Palma and then take a left onto Calle San Juan de Dios. Walk straight until you reach Plaza de la Constitución. From Plaza de la Constitución, continue onto Calle Columela and then take a right onto Calle Ancha. After a short walk, you will arrive at Plaza de las Tortugas, where the Fuente de la Plaza de las Tortugas is located.

Starting from the La Caleta Beach, head northeast along Avenida de la Sanidad Pública until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Virgen. Turn left onto Calle de la Virgen and proceed until you reach Plaza de la Constitución. From there, follow the directions from Plaza de la Constitución as previously mentioned to reach Plaza de las Tortugas.

Walking
From the Mercado Central de Abastos, exit the market and head southeast on Calle José del Castillo. Continue straight onto Calle de la Palma and then turn right onto Calle San Juan de Dios. Walk straight until you reach Plaza de la Constitución. Follow the same directions as above to arrive at Plaza de las Tortugas.
