If you're starting from the historic center of Cádiz, make your way to Plaza de las Flores. From there, head west along Calle Ancha until you reach Plaza de la Catedral. Continue straight onto Calle de la Palma, and you'll soon find yourself at the edge of Plaza de las Tortugas. It's a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes, and you'll pass by some lovely sights along the way.

To reach Plaza de las Tortugas using public transport, head to the nearest bus stop at Plaza de la Catedral. You can take bus line 1 or 2 towards La Laguna. Get off at the stop 'Calle Ciriaco' and walk a short distance south along Calle Ciriaco until you reach the plaza. The total journey will take about 25 minutes including waiting times.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops around the city. Start from the waterfront area near the Playa de la Victoria and cycle towards the city center. Follow the dedicated bike lanes along the waterfront, then head inland towards Plaza de las Flores, and make your way to Plaza de las Tortugas. The cycling route should take around 20 minutes.
