Walking
If you're starting from the Cádiz Cathedral (Catedral de Cádiz), exit the cathedral and head south towards the Plaza de la Catedral. Continue walking straight for about 300 meters until you reach a roundabout. From there, take the second exit onto Calle de la Palma. Walk along this street until you reach the intersection with Calle José del Castillo. Turn left onto Calle José del Castillo and walk for another 150 meters. Finally, turn right onto Pl. del Mentidero, and you will see your destination on your left.

If you're near the Plaza de España, you can take the bus line 1 or 2 towards La Laguna. Get off at the stop 'La Palma', which is approximately a 10-minute ride. After getting off, walk back towards the intersection of Calle José del Castillo and turn left. Continue walking for about 150 meters until you reach Pl. del Mentidero, which will be on your right.
