If you are in San Juan, the best way to reach The 1812 Constitution Monument is by walking. Start at Plaza de la Constitución, a central point in San Juan. From there, head southwest on Calle de la Palma. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Constitución. Turn right and walk along this avenue. After about 5 more minutes, you will see the monument on your left, surrounded by a lovely park area.
