If you are driving, start from the city of Santander. Head southwest on the A-67 highway towards Torrelavega. Continue on the A-67 for approximately 20 km, then take the exit toward N-611. After exiting, merge onto N-611 and follow the signs for Los Corrales de Buelna. After about 10 km, take the exit for the CA-270 towards San Felices de Buelna. Continue on CA-270 for about 5 km, then turn left onto the road leading to Monte del Castillo. The Cave of Las Monedas is located on Monte del Castillo; follow the signs to the cave, where you will find parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach the Cave of Las Monedas by public transport, start by taking a train from Santander to Torrelavega. The train departs regularly from the Santander Train Station. Upon arrival in Torrelavega, transfer to a bus heading to Los Corrales de Buelna. Check the bus schedule for the latest routes. Once you arrive in Los Corrales de Buelna, you can either walk (approximately 30 minutes) or take a taxi to Monte del Castillo. The cave is well-signposted in the area, so you should easily find your way once you get close.
