If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Madrid from your location in Castile-La Mancha. Use the A-42 or A-4 highways, depending on your starting point. Follow the signs for Madrid, and once you approach the city, take the M-30 ring road. Exit at 'Moncloa' and follow signs to the 'Teleférico' (Cableway). There is parking available near the Rosales Station, located at P.º del Pintor Rosales, 1, Moncloa - Aravaca, 28011 Madrid.

Public Transportation - Train
For those using public transportation, take a train from your nearest station to Madrid. If you're in Toledo, for instance, take the AVE train to Madrid Puerta de Atocha. Once you arrive, transfer to Line 1 of the Metro (the light blue line) at Atocha station and travel towards ‘Pinar de Chamartín’. Change at 'Chueca' station to Line 5 (the green line) towards 'Casa de Campo'. Get off at 'Casa de Campo' station. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to the Teleférico Rosales Station.
