If you're driving, the easiest route to Charco De La Pringue is to navigate towards the town of Cazorla. From Cazorla, take the A-319 road towards the Cazorla Natural Park. Continue on the A-319 for about 20 km until you reach the junction for the A-6201 road. Turn left onto A-6201 and follow the signs to the Charco De La Pringue. The final stretch involves a narrow road that leads directly to the parking area near the lake. Please be cautious as some parts of the road may be unpaved. Parking is free.
Public Transportation
For those relying on public transportation, take a bus from Jaén to Cazorla. Buses are available daily, and the journey takes approximately 2 hours. Once in Cazorla, you can either hire a taxi to Charco De La Pringue, which will cost around 20-25 euros, or opt for a hike. If hiking, head towards the A-319 road, then follow the A-6201. This will take you through beautiful landscapes, but expect a walk of about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.
