  If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards the A-7 motorway from your location in Costa del Sol. Once on the A-7, head towards Fuengirola. After approximately 15 kilometers, take the exit towards Mijas/Las Lagunas. Continue on the A-387 for about 4 kilometers, then take the exit toward Ctra. Cádiz Variante. Follow the road for about 1 kilometer until you reach Peñón del Cura, which will be on your left. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that there might be a small fee.

  To reach Peñón del Cura via public transport, take a bus from your location in Costa del Sol to the Mijas area. The M-110 bus route operates between Fuengirola and Las Lagunas. Get off at the 'Las Lagunas' stop. From there, you can walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to Peñón del Cura. It's advisable to use a map app for navigation as the walking route might have some local roads. The bus fare is generally around €1.50.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from your location in Costa del Sol. Depending on your starting point, a taxi ride to Peñón del Cura can range between €25 to €50.
