Walking
From the Cuenca Cathedral, head southeast on Calle de la Cava towards Plaza Mayor. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Bajada de Santa Catalina. Turn left onto Calle Bajada de Santa Catalina. After about 5 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the Mirador, located at Calle Bajada de Sta. Catalina, 2. The viewpoint offers stunning views of the city and the surrounding landscape.
Public Transport
If you're near the Cuenca train station, you can take bus line L1 towards 'El Terminillo.' Get off at the stop 'Plaza de España.' From there, walk towards the Cuenca Cathedral. Once at the cathedral, follow the directions for walking as mentioned above to reach Mirador.

If you are at the Hanging Houses of Cuenca (Casas Colgadas), start by walking down towards the river. Cross the bridge, and then take the path that leads you up to Calle Bajada de Santa Catalina. Follow this street up for about 10 minutes until you arrive at Mirador.
