If you're starting from the Cuenca Cathedral, head south on Calle del Sagrario until you reach Plaza de las Flores. From there, turn left onto Calle de la Tierra and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Manuel De J. Cordero. Turn right, and then take the first left onto Calle José Peralta. Keep walking straight, and you will see the Iglesia Católica Santa María de El Vergel on your right at 32Q3+PJM.

From the main bus terminal (Terminal Terrestre), take bus line 20 towards Huayna-Capac. Once on board, stay on the bus for about 10 minutes until you reach the stop called 'La Libertad'. From there, walk east along Calle 10 de Agosto until you reach the intersection with Calle José Peralta. Turn left, and continue walking straight until you see the church on your right.
