If you're driving from Cáceres, take the EX-208 road towards Trujillo. Continue on the EX-208 for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach the roundabout at the entrance of Trujillo. Take the second exit onto the N-521 road, which will lead you into the town. As you enter Trujillo, follow the signs for the historic center. Once in the center, look for Calle Cta. de San Andrés. The Puerta de San Andrés will be on your right at number 16.

To reach Puerta de San Andrés by bus from Cáceres, head to the Estación de Autobuses (Bus Station) in Cáceres. Purchase a ticket to Trujillo, which should take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Trujillo bus station, exit and head towards the historic center. You can either walk for about 15 minutes or take a taxi for a quicker route. If walking, head south on Calle de la Libertad, then turn left onto Calle del Castillo, and continue straight until you reach Calle Cta. de San Andrés. The landmark will be on your right at number 16.

If you are coming from Plasencia, take the A-66 highway south towards Cáceres. After about 60 kilometers, take exit 30 for the EX-208 towards Trujillo. Continue on the EX-208 for approximately 30 kilometers, then follow the signs to Trujillo. Once in Trujillo, follow the same directions as from Cáceres: head to the historic center and find Calle Cta. de San Andrés, where the Puerta de San Andrés is located.

From Mérida, head to the bus station and buy a ticket for Trujillo. The journey will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arriving at the Trujillo bus station, you can either walk to the historical center, which is about 20 minutes away, or take a taxi. To walk, exit the bus station and head east on Calle de la Libertad, turn left onto Calle del Castillo, and then continue straight until you reach Calle Cta. de San Andrés, where you will find the Puerta de San Andrés at number 16.
