Getting There

  If you're driving, start on the AP-9 motorway from any major city in Galicia. If you're coming from Santiago de Compostela, take the AP-9 towards Pontevedra. The drive takes approximately 1 hour. Once you reach Pontevedra, follow the signs for the N-550. Continue on N-550 and then take the exit towards the Ria de Pontevedra. Look for signs directing you to the Parque Nacional Marítimo-Terrestre de las Islas Atlánticas de Galicia. There are several access points, including the island of Ons and the island of Cíes, which are popular.
