    To get to the Medes Islands from central Girona, start by walking to the main bus station, Estación de Autobuses de Girona, located at Carrer de Pau Casals, 2. From there, take the bus line 'L1' or 'L2' towards 'Platja d'Aro'. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the stop 'L'Estartit'. Once you arrive in L'Estartit, you will find various boat services that can take you to the Medes Islands. Look for signs directing you to the boat docks, which are approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
