From the center of Girona, head to the Estació d'Autobusos (Bus Station) located at Carrer de la Gitanella. You can walk there from Plaça Catalunya in about 10-15 minutes. Look for the bus that goes to Begur; it usually takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Begur bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 20 minutes to reach Platja de l'Illa Roja. Head south on Carrer de la Cova until you reach the beach.

From there, you will need to catch a bus to Begur. Once you arrive in Begur, it is about a 20-minute walk to Platja de l'Illa Roja. Walk south on Carrer de la Cova until you arrive at the beach.

The drive will take approximately 40 minutes, and you will be dropped off directly at the beach, providing the most convenient option.
