Getting There

• Bus

  To reach Salt de Sallent, first head to the main bus station in Girona located at Carrer de la Estació. From there, take the bus towards Olot, which should be clearly marked. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the 'Vall d'en Bas' stop. Once you get off, follow the signs for Salt de Sallent, which is about a 15-minute walk. You will need to navigate through the small roads and trails leading up to the waterfall.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Girona. Head towards the 'Carrer de la Estació' and pick up the bike path that leads to Olot. The route is scenic and well marked, taking you through beautiful landscapes. It should take about 1 hour to cycle to the vicinity of Salt de Sallent. Once you arrive in Vall d'en Bas, follow the trail signs to the waterfall, which is about a 15-minute walk from where you park your bike.

• Walking

  If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, you can take a scenic route from Girona to Salt de Sallent. Start at the Old Town and head towards the 'Carrer de la Estació' to pick up the path leading toward Vall d'en Bas. This route will take you through some beautiful countryside and will take approximately 2-3 hours to walk. Once you reach Vall d'en Bas, follow the signs that lead to Salt de Sallent, about a 15-minute walk from the village.
