If you are already in Barri Vell (Old Town), the Muralles de Girona is just a short walk away. Start at the Plaça de la Independència, a central square in the Old Town. From the square, head towards Carrer de la Força and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Carrer dels Alemanys. Turn left onto Carrer dels Alemanys, and you will find the Muralles de Girona at number 20. The walk should take you approximately 10 minutes.

Although the destination is close enough to walk, if you would like to use public transport, you can catch a bus from the main bus station, Estació d'Autobusos de Girona. Take Bus Line 1 towards 'Girona - Plaça de Catalunya'. Disembark at the stop 'Carrer de la Força', then walk a short distance down Carrer de la Força, and turn left onto Carrer dels Alemanys to reach the Muralles de Girona. Note that the bus fare is approximately €1.50.
