Walking
If you are in the heart of Barri Vell, start by heading towards the iconic Girona Cathedral. From there, make your way down Carrer de la Força until you reach the intersection with Carrer de la Muralla. Turn left onto Carrer de la Muralla. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will see Torre de Santo Domingo on your right at C. de la Muralla, 9. It's a tall structure and hard to miss!

Another route, if you are near the Jewish Quarter (El Call), is to exit the narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter onto Carrer de la Força. From Carrer de la Força, head towards the Girona Cathedral and then follow the same path as before down to Carrer de la Muralla.
