Bus
From the city center, head to the main bus station, Estación de Autobuses de Granada. You can take bus line 8, which operates frequently and will take you towards the area closer to Mombacho. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the junction with the road that leads to Mombacho.
Walking
Once you arrive at the bus stop, walk towards the road that leads to Mombacho. Follow the signs that point towards the volcano. The trail is well marked, and after about a 15-minute walk, you will reach the entrance to the Mombacho National Reserve.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Granada. Just tell the driver you want to go to Mombacho. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.
