From the center of Huelva, head to the main bus station located at Avenida de Andalucía. Look for the bus line that goes to Almonte (AL-1). Buses run approximately every hour. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic drive towards Almonte. After around 40 minutes, disembark at the 'El Acebuche' stop. The Centro de Visitantes El Acebuche is a short walk from the bus stop. Simply follow the signs towards the visitor center, which is situated on the A-483 road.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Huelva. Simply hail a taxi or call a local taxi service. The fare to the Centro de Visitantes El Acebuche will vary, but it typically costs around 40-50 euros and takes approximately 30 minutes. The taxi will drop you off right at the entrance of the visitor center, making it very convenient.
Bicycle
For the more adventurous, renting a bicycle in Huelva is a great option. Head to a local bike rental shop near the city center. Once you have your bike, take the route towards Almonte via the A-483 road. The ride will be approximately 25 kilometers and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace. Enjoy the beautiful countryside along the way. Upon arrival, you’ll find the Centro de Visitantes El Acebuche easily accessible just off the main road.
