Getting There

  • Bus

    From the center of Huelva, walk to the main bus station, Estación de Autobuses de Huelva. Once there, take the bus line that goes to El Rocío. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Get off at the El Rocío bus stop. From the bus stop, it is about a 20-minute walk to the Centro de Visitantes Palacio del Acebrón. Head northeast on Calle de la Virgen del Rocío, then turn left onto A-483. Continue on A-483 for about 2 km until you reach the visitor center.

  • Train and Bus

    From Huelva, take a train to the nearest major station, which is in Almonte. Once you arrive at Almonte, exit the train station and find the bus stop for local buses heading to El Rocío. Board the bus, and after a short ride, get off at the El Rocío stop. From there, walk northeast on Calle de la Virgen del Rocío and turn left onto A-483. Continue straight for about 2 km to reach the Centro de Visitantes Palacio del Acebrón.
