If you're already in Ibiza Town, you can easily walk to Puig des Molins. From the port, head towards the old town (Dalt Vila). Once you reach the main road, continue straight until you reach Carrer de la Mare de Déu. Turn left onto Via Romana, and the museum will be a short walk ahead on your right. The walk takes about 15-20 minutes.
