Getting There

• Bus

  From Lleida, head to Lleida's main bus station, Estación de Autobuses de Lleida located at Carrer de Magí Morera, 6. Purchase a ticket for the bus to Escaladei. Buses run several times a day, so check the schedule in advance. Once you arrive at the Escaladei bus stop, exit and follow the signs towards Rambla de la Cartoixa. The Cartoixa d'Escaladei is a short walk down the road, approximately 1 km away, and should take about 15-20 minutes on foot.

• Train + Bus

  Take a train from Lleida to Falset. The train station in Lleida is located at Carrer de Magí Morera. Once you arrive at Falset, transfer to a local bus that goes to Escaladei. Make sure to check the bus schedule as they may only run at certain times. After arriving at the Escaladei bus stop, walk approximately 1 km towards Rambla de la Cartoixa to reach the Cartoixa d'Escaladei.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle in Lleida. Head towards the city outskirts, following the signs for the cycling paths leading towards Escaladei. The distance is around 20 km and will take you approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace. Once you reach Escaladei, park your bicycle safely and walk the final 1 km to the Cartoixa d'Escaladei.

• Walking

  If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk from Lleida to Escaladei. Start at the city center and head towards the outskirts, following the signs for the N-240 road. The journey is about 20 km and will take approximately 4-5 hours, so ensure you have water and snacks for the trip. Once you reach Escaladei, walk about 1 km to reach the Cartoixa d'Escaladei.
