Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving to Emperors Square, start by getting onto the M-40 ring road. Depending on your starting point, follow the signs for Barajas. Exit at the 'A-2 Madrid' exit and continue straight towards Barajas. Follow signs for 'Calle Unnamed' and park at nearby public parking facilities. Note that parking may incur costs, typically around €2-€3 per hour.

• Metro

  To reach Emperors Square via the Madrid Metro, find the nearest station and take Line 8 (the pink line) towards Nuevos Ministerios. Transfer at the 'Nuevos Ministerios' station to Line 10 (the dark blue line) towards Puerta del Sur. Get off at 'Barajas' station. From there, it’s about a 20-minute walk to Emperors Square. The total metro ticket price is around €1.50, but prices may vary based on zones.

• Bus
