Take Line 1 (Light Blue) towards Pinar de Chamartín from any station. If you're starting at Sol station, simply board the train at Sol and travel 2 stops to Tribunal station. Once you arrive at Tribunal, transfer to Line 10 (Dark Blue) towards Puerta del Sur. Ride for 1 stop and get off at Gran Vía station. Exit the station, and you will find yourself on Gran Vía. Walk approximately 5 minutes down Gran Vía, and you will arrive at Fundación Telefónica, located at Gran Vía, 28.

If you're near a bus stop, take bus number 146 (from Plaza de España) which runs frequently. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the Gran Vía - Plaza de Callao stop. From there, it’s just a 2-minute walk to Fundación Telefónica at Gran Vía, 28. Just head towards the Gran Vía street and you will see the building ahead.
