To reach Teatro Español at Plaza Santa Ana, start by finding the nearest Metro station. If you're near the Gran Vía area, head to the Gran Vía Metro Station (Line 1 - Light Blue Line). Take the train towards Valdecarros and get off at the next stop which is 'Banco de España'. From there, transfer to Line 2 (Red Line) and take the train towards Cuatro Caminos. Get off at the 'Sol' station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to 'Plaza Santa Ana'. Walk east along Calle de la Salud for about 5 minutes until you reach Plaza Santa Ana. The theater will be on your right at C. del Príncipe, 25.

If you prefer to take the bus, locate the nearest bus stop and catch either Bus 1, 2, or 20, which will take you to 'Cibeles'. Once you arrive at the Cibeles stop, look for the direction signs to 'Plaza de Santa Ana'. Walk down Paseo del Prado towards Plaza de las Cortes, then turn left onto Calle del Príncipe. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you arrive at Plaza Santa Ana, where Teatro Español is located at number 25.

If you are in the central area of Madrid, walking to Teatro Español is quite enjoyable. From the famous Puerta del Sol, head southeast on Calle Mayor, then turn left onto Calle de la Cruz. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle del Príncipe. Turn right on Calle del Príncipe and walk straight for about 5-7 minutes. You will see Plaza Santa Ana on your left, and Teatro Español is at C. del Príncipe, 25.
