From Málaga city center, head to the Estación de Autobuses (bus station) located at Paseo de los Tilos. Take the ALSA bus to Antequera; the journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Antequera bus station, exit and head straight to the main road, Calle de la Estación. Turn left and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach Plaza del Carmen. The Iglesia del Carmen will be located in the plaza.

From Málaga María Zambrano train station, take a train heading to Antequera-Santa Ana. The train journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Antequera-Santa Ana station, look for the bus stop outside the station. Take the local bus (line A) towards Antequera city center. Get off at the stop 'Plaza de Toros', then walk towards Plaza del Carmen, which is about a 15-minute walk. The Iglesia del Carmen is situated in the plaza.
