Car
If you're driving to Cueva Del Puerto from the city of Murcia, take the A-30 highway heading towards Albacete. After approximately 45 kilometers, take exit 136 for the A-7 toward Alicante. Continue on the A-7 for about 15 kilometers, then take the exit toward Calasparra and merge onto the RM-3. Follow the RM-3 for around 10 kilometers, and then take the exit for Calasparra. Once in Calasparra, follow the signs to Cueva Del Puerto, which is located in the Paraje area. There is free parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
To reach Cueva Del Puerto using public transportation, start by taking a train from Murcia to Calasparra. The train service is operated by Renfe and runs several times a day. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Calasparra station, you can take a taxi to Cueva Del Puerto, which is about 5 kilometers away. Taxi fares may vary, but you can expect to pay around 10-15 euros for the ride. It's advisable to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
