Bus
To get to the Gran Hotel de Cartagena, start by finding the nearest bus stop. You can take Line 1 or Line 6 from the main bus terminal, Estación de Autobuses de Murcia. The bus journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Cartagena, get off at the stop 'Calle Jara'. From there, walk south on Calle Jara for about 5 minutes until you see the Gran Hotel de Cartagena at number 31.
Train
If you prefer to travel by train, head to the Murcia del Carmen train station. Take a regional train towards Cartagena. The train ride takes around 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Cartagena train station, exit the station and walk towards Plaza de España. From there, you can take a short walk (approximately 15 minutes) down Calle San Juan to Calle Jara, where the Gran Hotel de Cartagena is located at number 31.
Walking
If you are already in the city center of Cartagena, you can easily walk to the Gran Hotel de Cartagena. Start from Plaza de España, head east along Calle San Juan, and then turn left onto Calle Jara. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will reach the hotel at number 31.

For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi. You can easily find a taxi stand in various locations around Cartagena, especially near the train station or Plaza de España. Inform the driver that you want to go to Gran Hotel de Cartagena at Calle Jara, 31. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
